Happy Valentines' Day everyone!

i'm single, and happy! =D

and valentines' day is not abt spending the day with your bf or spouse, but spending the day with ur loved ones ya? i mean, people u love, friends, family, everybody!

Vday celebration with my girls was at wl's house. steamboat. =)

the host, who got a little tipsy after 3 cans of heineken. LOL.

group photo! oh yea. it's meet-the-friends session for wl's bf. we made him join us, and he ended up cabbing to wl's hse from his place at amk, listened to our conversations and probably didnt noe what and who we were talking abt, and did all the dishes. LOL. i'm sorry and thank you. =D

wed was toptable day =)
booked toptable weeks ago, and the food is totally prepared by our chefs coz it's our execution week, where we're supposed to run sugarloaf (the cafe) ourselves, so the chefs gotta run toptable themselves.
keefe, ben, joanne and i.
freaking serena and adler couldnt make it. we wanted to make it a project group thingy ok? assholes. HAHA.

the mocktail. pier ocean.

first course. scallop with horse radish in some sauce. HAHA! i like the.. erm, plate. =x

some clear soup with chawanmushi. it rocks totally. just tt i dun like the gingko nuts in the chawanmushi =(

beef tenderloin. it was *put tip of index finger and thumb tog, do a tick motion from the side of ur mouth, upwards* gooooooooood.

ok i duno what's this. i didnt take note of the menu anyway. it's like some un-meltable ice cream. LOL. the sago + mango + pomelo was *squeeze face* SUPER SOURRRRR, to me. =x

then, ben and i didnt have enough. =x
so we went to sugarloaf!!
